- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to procure on a full and open competition basis for 52 Certification Training Requirements ISO Navy Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) vouchers in support of Naval Communications Security Material System (NCMS) located in Andrews Air force Base, MD. The required delivery date is estimated to be 2 after receipt of order. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The education vouchers will be produced IAW Government provided specifications and will be delivered on a FOB Destination to NMCS in Andrews Air Force Base, MD. This requirement will be processed under FAR part 13. The NAICS code for this acquisition effort is 611699 and the small business standard is $11 million. An RFQ will be posted to the NECO system upon its release.
