VA Wage Determination MD Wage Determination DC Wage Determination Scenario 2 Map Scenario 1 Map Fiber Construction Scenarios Past Performance Pricing Model Solicitation continuation sheet Solicitation Form FDA SOLICITATION 15-223-SOL-00138 September 18, 2015 Dear Offeror: This RFP, number referenced above, is for the FDA's Dark Fiber Maintenance and Installation Requirement. The FDA anticipates awarding at least one (but reserves the right to make multiple awards) IDIQ Contract and the first Task Order under a full and open competition on FEDBIZOPPS. Offerors shall review all documents carefully before preparing a proposal. Proposals are due 05 October 2015 at noon (ET) via email to the Contracting Officer Sherry.Solodkova@fda.hhs.gov with copy to the Contract Specialist at Justin.Cole@fda.hhs.gov. Questions regarding the RFP are due to the Contracting Specialist, identified above, no later than 25 September 2015 at noon (ET). No phone calls will be taken and no information will be given out as to the incumbent contractor/vendor. Please be aware that there are Attachments to the RFP document.
