- Pre Solicitation Notice - Fire Sprinkler System The VA Central California Healthcare System has a need for contractor to provide Design and Installation services for a fire sprinkler system for the 7th floor of Building 1. The contractor shall provide an evaluation of the current fire sprinkler system serving the future 7th floor renovation project. The design shall follow industry standards and VA Design Guides, Manuals and Standards. This contractor shall also include resolution of installation complications due to issues such as limited space and routing conflicts with other above-ceiling systems.
