Description

The Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center, hereinafter referred to as the agency, requests the purchase of audio visual (A/V) equipment to include installation, and extended warranty for its new Huntsville Annex. The vendor will be responsible for their travel costs. Vendor will use their own supplies and equipment to install the A/V equipment in designated locations throughout the Annex. Designated locations will be determined by the VA representative. The vendor will also be required to remove all of their waste and debris from the facility. The vendor will be required to test the system after installation to ensure proper functioning. The A/V system will be required to work in conjunction with the VA's digital signage platform. Offerors should submit their bid to Jessica Coleman-Smith via email at Jessica.Coleman-Smith@va.gov. All bids must be received by 5:00PM EST on September 22, 2015. Late bids will not be accepted.
