- U.S. DEPARTMENT OF VETERNS AFFAIRS IS SEEKING TO LEASE SPACE In the city of Billings, Montana for Readjustment Counseling Services The Veterans Health Administration is seeking office space in Billings MT. REQUIREMENTS: Square footage must yield approximately 4,900 to 5,900 rentable square feet of contiguous space located on the first floor, with a minimum of 18 on-site parking spaces. The VA will consider existing structures or a build to suit solution. The VA needs an additional 400 square feet of enclosed storage space for the Mobile Vet Center (motor coach) located within 200 feet of the office space. Inside storage space requirements: A.Minimum of 40 feet deep by 10 feet wide with a 14 foot high entrance door. B.Power and cost effective heating. C.24 hour access. D.Floor drain (optional requirement) Provide a separate narrative with a price per foot for the additional 400 square feet of enclosed storage space and any additional tenant improvement cost. DELINEATED AREA: Beginning at State Road 3 and Zimmerman Trail go east continuing onto East Airport Road, East Airport Road to Highway 87, Highway 87 Southeast to Interstate 90, Interstate 90 South west to Zoo Drive, Zoo Drive west to South Shiloh Road, Shiloh Road North to Rimrock Road, Rimrock Road East to Zimmerman Trail, and Zimmerman Trail North to place of Beginning. A contract award will not be made for a property located within a base flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined that there is no practicable alternative.
