- GIANELLA Redacted J&A Contract N00033-11-C-3140 provides for the operation and maintenance of the USNS LAWRENCE H. GIANELLA T-AOT 1125. The contractor provides personnel, operational and technical support (ashore and afloat), equipment, tools, provisions and supplies to operate the USNS LAWRENCE H. GIANELLA which is a Government-owned ship under administrative control of Commander, Military Sealift Command (COMSC) and the Operational Control of USTRANSCOM. The ship is engaged in the movement of DoD POL in the US Gulf / East Coast Area of Operation in support of the Defense Logistics Agency - Energy (DLA-E) Bulk Fuel Program. J&A N103-11-C-3140 allows the Contracting Officer to extend contract N00033-11-C-3140 an additional six months (01 April 2016 through 30 September 2016.
