SOW RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code is 511210 with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. This solicitation is for a particular brand name. The reference number is HQ0727-15-T -0018, and is being issued as request for quotation. This requirement is to purchase CST Studio Suite, Acceleration and EDA Import Tokens, Antenna Magus Professional, training for four (4) individuals, and one (1) year of support and updates, for use at Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th Street, McClellan, CA.
