- ATTACHMENT 0002 MANDATORY REPLACEMENT PARTS ATTACHMENT 0001 UPGRADE ECP Request for Information (RFI) announcement for the reset and upgrade of MaxxPro Dash vehicles. MaxxPro vehicles must be reset and upgraded to meet the U.S. Army's FY17 fleet fielding schedule. Army Contracting Command-Warren is requesting information from industry on their capability of meeting the delivery schedule of August, 2016 until September 2017 at a delivery rate of a minimum of 60 vehicles per month.
