Solicitation VA119-15-R-0362 is hereby amended to incorporate the following questions and answers: Question 1) Are we to quote device/modality quantities from cost sheet, or the modality list. The 2 sources do not match in quantity. Which one should we use a source of truth to quote? Answer 1) Since this is an IDIQ, the quantity of modalities we are seeking to integrate span over a five year period and the modality list shows current requirements. Attachment 3- Price/Cost Schedule should be used for price quote purposes. Question 2) Can we alter the Cost Sheet to allow for quoting? Answer 2) Attachment 3- Price/Cost Schedule can be altered if necessary to provide an appropriate price quote.
