Description

This is an amendment to previously issued combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57 as corrected. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Western NY Healthcare System, Albany VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave, Albany, New York 12208. Solicitation Number VA528-15-R-0124 is being issued as Request for Proposals (RFP) and the intent is to award an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Service Contract. The period of performance shall be from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 with four (1) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation is attached, questions should be directed to the Contracting officer at steve.tompkins@va.gov. Any offer that does not meet the solicitation requirements as deemed by the Contracting Officer may be rejected as non-responsive. All offers must provide company name, point of contact information and the VAMC solicitation number. Only electronic offers will be accepted. Offers are due to steve.tompkins@va.gov no later than 3:00 PM EST on September 24, 2015.
