- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, F6R1N15251BOOT is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84, 3 Sept 2015. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 448210 with the annual sales not to exceed $27.5 Million. Description of Requirement: Brand Name or Equal purchase of Rocky Blizzard USAF Green, 1200 Gram, Composite Toe Boots. Comparable boots must provide same cold weather protection. Sizes listed in attachment are preferred. If half sizes are not available than we will accept boots with sizes be bumped up to next whole size. Delivery directly to Eielson AFB, AK 99702 will be included in the price. Quote Information: Quotes must be submitted and received no later than Friday, 18 September, at 1200 hours Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT)/1600 (ET) and will be evaluated on lowest price.
