Description
DA map U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Panama City Project # 2FL0769 Delineated Area: WEST : Staring from the intersection of State Road 30 and Front Beach RD to Thomas Drive and also staring from the intersection of State Road 30 and Panama City Beach Pkwy to Thomas Drive then continue over the Hathaway Bridge to Panama City to southern shoreline of Saint Andrew Bay. SOUTH : Continue on the shoreline of Saint Andrew Bay to Hwy 98 and Bayou Drive. EAST : From the southeast corner of Hwy 98 and Bayou Drive, continue north on route 389 to East 12th street to Colorado Ave to shoreline of North Bay. NORTH : Continue on the shoreline of North Bay to Hathaway Bridge. (see attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is preferred. Offered space shall not be in any flood plain.
