Description

Solicitation N62645-15-T-1126 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N62645-15-T-1126. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-83 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. The FAR and DFARS clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement; all qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The NAICS code is 541519 with a business size standard of $27.5m. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The Naval Medical Logistics Command is requesting responses from qualified sources capable of providing maintenance and service support for EMC2 hardware and software. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement in accordance with FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. This solicitation will result in one firm fixed price contract.
