Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set aside 100 percent for small business. Quoters shall submit a unit price for each item included in the schedule attached and in accordance with the attached statement of work. Unit prices must be typed into the schedule, and not handwritten. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -Commercial Items Evaluation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. The government will award a contract to the offeror whose quote is considered to be the best value based on the following evaluation factors in descending order of importance: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Offerors shall use the following website to completed their Certifications and Representations www.bpn.gov/orca (FAR 52.212-3) The following items are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Condition Commercial items applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items The anticipated contract type is a Requirements Contract IAW FAR 16.503. Quotes are due no later than September 16, 2015, 12:00 p.m. EST by email to keith.costantino@va.gov. Quote should be marked with RFQ and addressed to Keith Costantino, Contracting Officer.
