- AMENDMENT TWO: This amendment is being made to post questions that were asked regarding the Draft RFP and the Government's responses. There will be an update to the Government's responses in the near future. The official RFP has also been posted. AMENDMENT ONE: TO REFLECT 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE DRAFT RFP NOTICE: The purpose of this notice is to inform all interested parties that a DRAFT solicitation has been posted to the ASFI website for the U.S. Army signal Network Enterprise Center Aberdeen Proving Ground (USASNEC-APG) for Agency Information Technology Services & Support (AITSS). The information included in the document only represents a portion of what will be included in any final solicitation. Attachments such as the anticipated Sample Task (PWS for Task Order One) and Past Performance Questionnaire are included in the draft solicitation. The Government reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary prior to issuance of the final solicitation. All interested parties are invited to review the information provided and submit comments for the Government's consideration in finalizing any solicitation. All questions or comments regarding this DRAFT solicitation should be submitted in writing Ms. Samantha L. Cartwright via email at Samantha.l.cartwright.civ@mail.mil by noon on 21 August 2015. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. Additionally, contractor should not direct questions to any technical office listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All questions shall be submitted to Contract Specialist, Samantha L. Cartwright. The Draft RFP (DRFP) is not a formal solicitation tool, rather it is used to gather comments and suggestions from potential offerors prior to the release of the final solicitation. It is designed to reduce proposal preparation and evaluation time and promote a clearer understanding to industry of the requirements with a goal of a more effective and less costly contract.
