- Complete description of TMA/GERT effort. The Target Monitoring Assistant/Graphical Exploitation Reporting Tool (TMA/GERT) application is a Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) application that provides a capability to alert users of significant changes at targets of interest. The technical nuances of the TMA/GERT capabilities system require a deep intimate knowledge of the code and all of the data layers that comprise the capabilites in its entirety.
