DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 21 (NCO 21) Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The scope of this project is Lighting materials for Walk of Honor project at the VA hospital campus located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave, Fresno, CA. - Provide electrical lighting parts and materials in types and quantities to meet the specifications in the schedule attached to the solicitation. Where a model number is specified, products shall be an exact match (no substitutes) to meet project design criteria. Bidders are advised to carefully review all documents and submit requests for information if clarifications or additional information is required. This purchase is for materials only- the products will be installed by others. Solicitation Number VA261-15-Q-1216 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about September 8, 2015. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. Point of Contact: Denise R.
