Please see the attached Brand Name Sole Source Justification for more information. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only vendors capable of providing Amazon Web Services brand products or services. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within five days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action among all manufacturers is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a full and open competitive procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 518210. All responses may be emailed to Joseph Haviland at joseph.haviland1@navy.mil and reference number N0018915Q3019 no later than 1500 EST on 14 September 2015. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about 14 September 2015.
