RFQ: VA101-15-Q-0177 Amendment: A00001 1.The purpose of Amendment A00001 is to provide questions and answers, add labor clauses. 2.The closing date for solicitation VA101-15-Q-0177 is changed to close on September 9, 2015 at 11:59 PM EDT. 3.Questions and Responses to solicitation VA101-15-Q-0177. 1.We usually charge appearance fee and per page of the transcription, with this requirement, you need a quote per hour? Answer: Yes, Please provide cost for: appearance fee, price per page of transcription, approximate number of transcription pages generated per hour, and price per transcription hour. 2.Will your agency be able to pay for miles and lodging? Answer: No 3.Is the award based on LPTA? Answer: No, award will be made to Lowest Price 4.Clarify the date and time quotes are due? Answer: Closing date is September 8, 2015 at 11:59 PM 5.Can you please clarify the delivery requirements for transcriptions? Answer: Transcriptions are due 10 business days after the meetings or events. 6.Will there be a sound system at the hearing that the Court Reporter will be able to access and plug into for recording the hearing? Answer: For each meeting venue, there will be a public audio-visual system capable of broadcasting to the entire audience. However, the type of audio-visual equipment may vary for each venue. So, it is uncertain whether the court reported would be able to access/plug into the audio-visual system to record. 4.The following clauses are added to the solicitation by reference: 52.222-40 Notification of Employee Rights Under the National Labor Relations Act (DEC 2010) 52.222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards (MAY 2014) 52.222-55 Minimum Wages Under Executive Order 13658 (DEC 2014)
