To whom it may concern; The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into an agreement with VENDOR: BRAINSWAY RESEARCH INC. 19 HARTUM ST. 3RD FLR BYNET BLDG. HAR HOTZVIM P.O. BOX 45169 JERUSALEM, ISRAEL 91451 BRAINSWAY RESEARCH INC. is a small business and the sole distributor of Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS). The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510. Any interested parties may identify their capabilities and interest and respond to the requirement and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by 9/6/2015 12:58 AM. Information should be sent to Sean Powers Contract Specialist at sean.powers2@va.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether this Item is indeed a sole source or if we can conduct a competitive requirement.
