Description

This is a sources sought notice to determine the availability of potential small business sources with the capability to provide catering services in support of the International Student Management Office (ISMO) at the Joint Forces Staff College (JFSC) located in Norfolk, VA. The contractor shall provide catering services in support of the International Fellows. There are approximately twenty-four (24) events annually requiring menus appropriate for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and receptions. Events range from three (3) to seventy-five (75) guests. The estimated number of guests annually is 797. All events require drop-off at JFSC; as such, the contractor must be able to gain access to the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Hampton Roads without escort to fulfill the delivery requirement of the instant acquisition. Due to the frequency and timing of events, JFSC requires all catering to be delivered on-site. JFSC is unable to meet the vendor off-site. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for additional requirements. A Firm-Fixed-Price non-personal services contract is anticipated that will consist of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option provisions. The estimated start date is 01 October 2015. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 722320 and the size standard is $7.5 million. Potential quoters possessing the requisite skills, resources, and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to respond to this sources sought notice via email to Antoinette.Miles@navy.mil. Potential quoters should include its full catering menu. All submissions are required to be submitted no later than 1500 EST (3:00PM) on 04 September 2015.
