Description

Performance Statement Work (PWS) has been revised. The following sections of the PWS have been removed as of 9-3-15 The RFQ closing has been extended until Wednesday, 9-9-15 @ 3:00 PM EST. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain services for monthly sampling of drinking water from a source located at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Child Development Center located in Richmond, VA. The procurement will be a base + 4 option years. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transporation, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform water sampling and analysis as defined in the Performance Work Statement. the drinking water supplied to the CDC will be sampled on a monthly basis for Total Coliform, Heterotrophic Bacteria and VOCs (See the performance work statement for additional information). Closing has been extended from 9/4/15 to 9/9/15 ------------------------- REVISED: Performance Statement of Work (PWS) removes non-applicable information REVISED: Pages 2 of 3 have been revised for the pricing of testing (and possible re-test pricing)
