Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed contract to Mammography Reporting System, Inc. (MRS) Address: 19000 33rd Ave, Suite 130, Lynnwood, WA 98036. The requirement is for the upgrades services and software support services to existing MRS Software. MRS owns all intellectual property rights in the reporting and tracking Software. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a capability Statement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by respond to the requirement no later than September 4, 2015; 4 PM CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
