The requested items are listed on the W912CN-15-T-0401 Attachment. ***ATTN OFFERORS**** If you are quoting the same product as is being requested, your seller quote specification should indicate: "Quoting on Manufacturer (Insert Name) and Part Number (Insert Number)".
