FA5240-15-Q-M058 36 MUNS Furniture is hereby issued as a request for quotes. *** Notice to Offerors : Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred as a result of this request for quotation.*** ***Offers must be valid thru 30 September 2015 to be accepted*** 2. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. 3. This solicitation has been set aside for 100% Small Business under the 337214 NAICS Code, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. 4. The Government request quotes for the following items; CLIN DESCRIPTION QTY 0001 Building 9034 Furniture IAW Statement of Objectives Lot 0002 Building 9010 Furniture IAW Statement of Objectives Lot 0003 Building 9001 Furniture IAW Statement of Objectives Lot 0004 Building 51104 Furniture IAW Statement of Objectives Lot 0005 Shipping & Installation Ea 5. There are no floor plans currently available for the listed buildings. Contractors will measure the dimensions of the buildings during the scheduled site visit. 6. Contractors shall submit a quote for office furniture IAW the Statement of Objectives. The contractor shall also submit the specifications for each part sufficient for evaluation. After award, these documents will become part of the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. a. Contractor will deliver all items to Andersen AFB, Guam. i. 36 MUNS, Building 9034, Andersen AFB, GU 96929 ii. 36 MUNS, Building 9010, Andersen AFB, GU 96929 iii. 36 MUNS, Building 9001, Andersen AFB, GU 96929 iv. 36 MUNS, Building 51104, Andersen AFB, GU 96929 7. FAR 52.212-1 Instruction of Offerors -- Commercial applies to this acquisition. 8. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The evaluation factors are as follows; a. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
