Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals (RFP) or request for quotes (RFQ) and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339112. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offeror(s) will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22, is seeking sources to provide steam sterilizers equipment and supplies for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS). Please see the attachment requirement details and scope of work. Comments and suggestions on the attached SOW is highly encouraged and recommended as this will assist the Government in conforming to best practices and commercial industry standards. The intended contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award.
