The Charlie Norwood VAMC is seeking a Professional Musician-Organist to provide spiritual; music at each scheduled Sunday Protestant Worship service and two (2) scheduled Memorial Service at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center (CNVAMC) located at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, Georgia 30904-6258. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILIBILITY OF FUNDS CLAUSE FAR 52.232-18 AND FAR 52.232-19 (APRIL 1984). A Request for Proposal (RFP) written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83-2. This is a 100% set aside for woman owned small business requirement. The associated NAICS code is 711130 with a $7 million size standard. The period of performance is for a base year plus four option years. Written questions shall be submitted electronically to Sebastian.anderson@va.gov by September 2, 2015. No fax proposals will be accepted. Submission of proposals are due by 4:30 PM EST on September 4, 2015 and shall be submitted via email to Sebastian Anderson, Contract Specialist, at Sebastian.anderson@va.gov
