Description

This solicitation is to purchase a LCP MODULAR MINI GRAGMENT IMPLANT SET. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price Award to the BEST VALUE OFFER WITH PREFERANCE to SDVOSB and VOSB Contractors. The chosen Contractor shall provide all necessary supplies to complete the set per the requirement. Any interested parties may identify their capabilities and interest and respond to the requirement and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product. This notice is a request for competitive quotes; any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by 8/29/2015 6:57 AM. Information should be sent to Sean Powers Contract Specialist at sean.powers2@va.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether this Item is indeed a sole source or if we can conduct a competitive requirement. If no responses are received by the response date and time, The Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with the intended agreement. All questions concerning this requirement must be in writing and submitted via email to sean.powers2@va.gov.
