Description

Calibrator Screen (Sole Source OEM). Solicitation N00421-14-T-0565 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with A.K.O. Inc., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The requirement is for TSD 8000C Calibrator Screen utilized with TSD 8000B. A.K.O. Incorporated is the original equipment manufacturer and only known source that can provide the TSD 8000C certified for use in accordance with US Navy calibration program. Procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.
