Description

VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract as a Small Business Set-Aside for Preventative Maintenance and Repair of nine (9) Generators located at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System Medical Center (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and schedules of this solicitation and any resulting contract documents. This will be for Preventative Maintenance and Repair of nine (9) Generators located at the VAAAHS campus. The contract period shall be from Date of Award through one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year options. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 9/3/2015 Electronic solicitation may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. If you have any questions please contact Thomas Auten, Contracting Officer, at the following e-mail address: Thomas.Auten@va.gov. RFQ is due no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on September 17, 2015. There will be a walk through at VAAAHS with the date and time listed within the solicitation package.
