- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoucement constitues the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, effective July 02, 2015. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 61159, Other Technical and Trade Schools. The Government intends to award a competitive commercial fixed price type contract for Counter Terrorist Search Courses. Contract award is intended to be made by 30 September 2015. Award will be made on best value. The resulting contract will be for one year with no option periods. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. All questions shall be submitted in a word document and emailed to morgan.schickler@usss.dhs.gov NO LATER THAN AUGUST 17, 2015 at 5:00 ET. All proposals shall be submitted in electronic format and emailed to morgan.schickler@usss.dhs.gov NO LATER THAN AUGUST 27, 2015 at 5:00 PM EST.
