Description

Brand Name Justification Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code is 334515 with a size standard of 500 employees. The reference number is HQ0727-15-T-0017, and is being issued as request for quotation. This requirement is to purchase one Keithley 4200 Semiconductor Characterization System (SCS) with components listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). This is for use at Defense MicroElectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th St, McClellan, CA. This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition.
