Description

SOW THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), is soliciting for capability statements from all interested Small Business parties who are certified to provide extensions to the ARTIQ experimental control framework for the NIST Time and Frequency Group located in Boulder CO. The services are intended to provide implementation of a number of technically demanding, detailed modifications, and extensions to an existing piece of complex custom software and the vendor is required to have a solid understanding of the ARTIQ system and custom designed software, in accordance with the attached SOW specifications. The NAICS code for the proposed acquisition is 511210, and the Small Business size standard is $38.5M. NIST is requesting examples of related information showing the ability to meet the qualifications and requirement identified in the attached Statement of Work. All interested parties shall submit an electronic response package no later than Thursday, August 28, 2015, 08:00am Mountain Time.
