This extension is issued due to a typhoon that hit the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands that greatly affected the islands infrastructure. Please note the following dates: Site Visit will be held on November 18, 2015. The point of contact in Saipan/Tinian is Mr. Derek Gifford at (670) 233-1624 (Saipan Office), (670) 989-4220 (Saipan Cellphone), (670) 234-5080 (Tinian Office), (670) 989-4223 (Tinian Cellphone) or via email:dgifford@mar.ibb.gov. Proposal Questions must be submitted before 12pm Eastern Time on November 25, 2015. Questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing to CONQ&A@bbg.gov. Be sure to include the Solicitation No. BBG50-R-15-0006 in the subject line. Proposals must be received before 12pm Eastern Time on December 11, 2015 and submitted in writing to CONSOL@bbg.gov. Offerors are reminded to submit two separate attachments - a technical proposal and a separate price proposal. Offerors may send one email with both attachments. All attachments must be sent in "PDF Format" and the TOTAL SIZE OF ALL ATTACHMENTS MUST NOT EXCEED 23MB. All Solicitations must include the Solicitation Number (BBG50-R-15-0006) in the subject line.
