Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Walla Walla VAMC intends to solicit quote for fire sprinkler inspection for Two (2) locations: LaGrande Oregon Community-Based Outpatient Clinics and Lewiston Idaho Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA260-15-Q-1038. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of two (2) contracts. The resulting contracts will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, and the small business size standard is $38.5 Million. This procurement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). 3. The intended contract period is Base plus three (3) Option Periods. Estimated award date: 10/01/2015 - 09/30/2019. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is August 26, 2015, and the anticipated closing date is September 01, 2015. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the Systems for award management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (561210) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations. Contractor should also ensure that they have a valid registration in the vetbiz database http://www.vetbiz.gov/.
