Description

SOW THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), is soliciting for capability statements from all interested Small Business parties who are certified to provide maintenance service and repairs for three Evelution HE pump lasers that are part of an existing commercial femtosecond, milliJoule pulsed laser system installed at the NIST Boulder Laboratories. The services are intended to provide a mechanisim for the prompt repair and replacement of aging and damaged components in the pump lasers, in accordance with the attached SOW specifications. The NAICS code for the proposed acquisition is 811219, and the Small Business size standard is $20.5M. NIST is requesting examples of related information showing the ability to meet the qualifications and requirement identified in the attached Statement of Work. All interested parties shall submit an electronic response package no later than Thursday, August 27, 2015, 08:00am Mountain Time.
