- SOW In accordance with FAR 6.302.1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satistfy agency requirements The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis to MetOceans 21 Thornhill Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B3B 1R9 Canada for a qty 1 Intgrated Maritime Portable Acoustic Scoring and Simulator (IMPASS) System in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. MetOcean is the manufacturer of this technology and the only vendor with the proprietary data necessary to design and develop the IMPASS System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-15-T-0207 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.Respond by mail to NAWCWD, Code 245100D, Attn: Gayle Cline, 429 E.
