- Performance Work Statement Davis-Monthan AFB Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-16-Q-0007 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 562998, Size standard of $7.5 Million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, Defense Circular Number 2015066, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2015-0406.The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS): CLIN 0001: Grease Trap Services, IAW PWS Quantity and Unit of Issue: 12 Months Base Year: 1 October 2015 - 30 September 2016 CLIN 1001: Grease Trap Services, IAW PWS Quantity and Unit of Issue: 12 Months Option Year 1: 1 October 2016 - 30 September 2017 CLIN 2001: Grease Trap Services, IAW PWS Quantity and Unit of Issue: 12 Months Option Year 2: 1 October 2017 - 30 September 2018 CLIN 3001: Grease Trap Services, IAW PWS Quantity and Unit of Issue: 12 Months Option Year 3: 1 October 2018 - 30 September 2019 CLIN 4001: Grease Trap Services, IAW PWS Quantity and Unit of Issue: 12 Months Option Year 4: 1 October 2019 - 30 September 2020 Any questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be asked no later than Wednesday, 2 September 2015 by 10:00AM.
