Description

All other combined synopsis/solicitation terms and conditions remain the same, as shown below. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITION N50054-15-T-0007 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued and paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS and the RFQ number is N50054-15-T-0007. The contract award will consist of four, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract line items (CLINS) for commercial supplies to be delivered to a Government location. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-83 cand DFARS Publication Notice 20150626. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/ and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. The NAICS code is 333911 and the Small Business Standard is 500 employees. The FSC is 4330 - Pumps and Compressors. The proposed contract is for dry pit submersible pumps and controllers and is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. The U.S. Navy, Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing nine (9) dry pit submersible pumps and (9) pump controllers for use on a U.S. Navy Auxiliary Floating Dry Dock (AFDL). The proposed contract action is for a brand name or equal product. FAR 52.211-6 -- Brand Name or Equal is hereby incorporated by reference. When submitting quotes for brand name or equal products please provide information required by FAR 52.211-6. The brand name, model number, and salient characteristics of the products follow. • 1 each, Flowserve, Model 4MSC14, with 4 x 6 Suction Elbow Size, Dry Pit Submersible Pump, 200 gallons per minute (GPM). • 8 each, Flowserve, Model 8MSC13, with 8 x 10 Suction Elbow Size, Dry Pit Submersible Pump, 2,000 gallons per minute (GPM). • 1 each, Flowserve, Pump Controller, 25 HP, 3/60/460 • 8 each, Flowserve, Pump Controller, 15 HP, 3/60/460 Material is to be delivered to Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, Pier 10, Building 1263, Virginia Beach, VA, no later than 18 December 2015. Acceptance and Inspection of delivered items shall be per 52.212-4 below.
