- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO), Facilities Section (PL8324), Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a sole source contract to NECA Services, 80 South Jefferson Road, Whippany NJ 07981. This acquisition is for the purchase of National Carrier Association (NECA) Tariff FCC No. 4 data to be delivered monthly to DITCO via down-loadable file. This requirement is in support of DITCO's telecommunications contracting personnel at Scott AFB, IL. NECA Services Inc. is the sole entity that collects, packages, and provides FCC 4 data in a format that interfaces with DISA/DITCO-Scott's computer systems. The resultant contract will be a one year base period with 4 one year options, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
