PRE-SOLICITATION 50-1644-S-15-0001 SYNOPSIS Wetland Restoration Project (Swinington WRP Ditch Plug) in Addison County, Vermont USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service in Vermont is planning to restore a wetland located in Addison County, Vermont. Major items of work are as follows: - Excavation to create two depression areas - Construct one ditch plug - Seeding and mulching. See attached pre-solicitation synopsis.

Address: Meet at the gated driveway, east of the junction of Old Jerusalem Rd, on the Leicester-Whiting Rd, Leicester, VT. The Contracting Officer’s Representative running the site visit will be Mr. Bob Thompson., ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:, From Points North and South: Take U.S. Route 7 into the town of Leicester (between Middlebury and Brandon) and head west on the Leicester-Whiting Rd. Travel approximately 2.5 miles on this road and through several sharp bends, before turning left (south) onto Lime Kiln Rd (may not be marked), immediately before crossing Otter Creek. This is the last access drive before Otter Creek. There is a gate on this road (that is where we will meet), pass through it and travel through a junk yard for 0.6 miles and stop at the hedgerow to a field. Turn right and walk down this hedgerow for 0.1 mile, cross the railroad tracks and onto the site., Leicester, Vermont, 05733, United States
