This contract will substantially improve the US Air Force's capability to conduct focused realistic training, rehearsals, and exercises by performance research and development that will streamline the day-to-day development, delivery, management, tracking and performance of local and distributed mission training. The contract will secure for the USAF a content management and distribution capability generalized across the LVC contexts that are architecture, network, and domain indifferent. The goals of the contract are to research and develop rapid creation and validation of an interoperable, secure LVC training toolset; increase training fidelity; enable comprehensive cross-mission, performance based debriefs; and reduce training/exercise overhead. The contract will require the following research: Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) and LVC training Airman Machine Teaming (AMT); personalized learning; Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Training; training & analysis for autonomous systems, and synthetic agents & modeling. The desired end state is for Personalized Learning that is adaptive, secure, credible, manageable, affordable, and enduring across a range of military operations.
