Task Order 0006 - Statement of Objectives (SOO) Task Order 0005 - Statement of Objectives (SOO) Task Order 0004 - Statement of Objectives (SOO) Task Order 0003 - Statement of Objectives (SOO) Task Order 0002 - Statement of Objectives (SOO) Task Order 0001 - Statement of Objectives (SOO) Basic IDIQ Statement of Objectives (SOO) Model Contract Government Furnished Property (GFP) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) BAA - Initial Announcement The US Air Force (USAF) is increasing Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training research capabilities along with continued improvements in platforms, systems (e.g., simulators and virtual trainers) and networks. This contract will substantially improve the US Air Force's capability to conduct focused realistic training, rehearsals, and exercises by performance research and development that will streamline the day-to-day development, delivery, management, tracking and performance of local and distributed mission training. The contract will secure for the USAF a content management and distribution capability generalized across the LVC contexts that are architecture, network, and domain indifferent. The goals of the contract are to research and develop rapid creation and validation of an interoperable, secure LVC training toolset; increase training fidelity; enable comprehensive cross-mission, performance based debriefs; and reduce training/exercise overhead. The contract will require the following research: Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) and LVC training Airman Machine Teaming (AMT); personalized learning; Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Training; training & analysis for autonomous systems, and synthetic agents & modeling. The desired end state is for Personalized Learning that is adaptive, secure, credible, manageable, affordable, and enduring across a range of military operations.
