Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to Rock House Products International, Inc., 720 RTE 17M STE 201-203, Middletown, NY 10940-4346. The proposed contract is to repair/refurbish the following system: Integrated Launch and Recovery Television System (ILARTS). The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses are due by Tuesday, August 25, 2015 5:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, via email: Vernon Udasco Regional Contracting Dept. NAVSUP, FLCSD vernon.udasco@navy.mil.
