Description
The Bureau of Reclamation intends to solicit for Hotel Conference Space in the Denver/Lakewood, CO area. The requirement is as follows: Provide training space for Reclamation's Domestic SEED Training The training space must seat between 120 - 150 people in a classroom setting. The hotel should: •Have free parking •Located within 1.5 miles from the Denver Federal Center or provide shuttle service for learners and instructors to and from the DFC •Be near public transportation with access to the airport •Offer rooms for Federal employees at government rate •Have necessary training space •Have necessary equipment for training AV/Logistics needs. •Be located near adequate food options for dinner, lunch and breakfast •Functional Space for classroom style seating for 120-150 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (7:00 a.m. - Noon) with equipment (2 screens, 2 projectors, two wireless hand-held microphones, 2 Lavalier microphones, standing lectern/podium, small table next to lectern to support laptop and plug in to projection unit, seating for participants, internet access for presentation laptop). •Three breakout rooms for Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for occupancy of 50-60 or more in each room. All rooms with necessary conference equipment (each 1 screen, 1 projector, one wireless hand-held microphone, 1 Lavalier microphone, standing lectern/podium, small table next to lectern to support laptop and plug in to projection unit, internet access for presentation laptops, seating for participants) - each room to be supplied with all of the necessary equipment. •Optional: 110 Box Lunches for Wednesday's field trip to include sandwich or salad options, chips, side salad, cookie and bottle of water. Box Lunch orders are to be available to be placed on the motor coaches at the hotel on Wednesday morning at 8:30a.m. The training will be held during a week-long session in June of 2016 - specific dates are dependent on hotel availability.
