- Forest Service Site Statement of Work, as amended. Changes are in yellow highlight. Sections K,L,M document as amended. Changes are in yellow highlight. Section C as amended. Changes are in yellow highlight. Sections A,B,D-H document as amended. Changes are in yellow highlight. C.5.2 System Minimum and Maximum Capacity Requirements, as amended. Changes are in yellow highlight Price Schedule as amended. Changes are in yellow highlight. Amendment 13 Standard Form 30 Amendment 13 is posted, making the following changes: 1. L.1.5 is changed to extend the due date for receipt of offers to August 31, 2015 at 4:00 PM Pacific time, and reopens the period for receipt of questions through August 24, 2015. 2. The section C.5.2 table and the Section B.4 “Summary of Maximum and Minimum Values” have been changed to make changes to minimum and maximum kWh production requirements for the Peckham (San Jose), Shea (Santa Rosa), Carson City, Ryan (NARA, San Bruno), and C. Clifton Young (Reno) sites. 3. Forest Service Site Statement of Work is revised to add clarifying language to Section 6. No pricing options are required; this section states various requirements to be priced into the kWh price as applicable. 4. Section L.4.1.2.2 is revised to make certain clarifications about technical proposal requirements. 5. Section L.4.1.2.2, requirement to submit “System Type with Mode of Operation” is deleted. 6. The Price Schedule and L.4.3.2 are revised to require a breakout by building of prices to remove and restore rooftop PV systems to accommodate roof replacement projects for the USGS Menlo Park campus. 7. B.3.2(2) is revised to reflect applicability to tax law. 8. B.3.4 is revised to indicate that any project incentives from NVEnergy for the Carson City and C.Clifton Young (Reno) systems will go to the Government. This is to eliminate pricing undertainty, as NVEnergy rules exclude the federal government from program eligibility. 9. C.5.3 is revised to clarify staging areas responsibility. 10. C.6 is revised to clarify liability for interconnection study costs where study requirements could not be reasonably foreseen. 11. C.7 is revised to remove Contractor liability for hazmat remediation, and to add the requirement to perform a hazmat survey at each site and notify the Government of findings. 12. C.14.19 is revised to clarify parking lot work requirements. 13. C.12.2 is revised to clarify that the C.Clifton Young FB is also an historic building.
