- Wetland Nursery Expansion layout photos WDOL Wade Determination Performance Work Statement COMBINED SYNOPSIS-SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number FA5215-15-T-0028. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2005-83 as of 02 Jul 2015, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20150626 as of 26 Jun 2015 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 20150406 as of 06 Apr 2015.This acquisition is a small business in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 561730, and the small business size standard is 7.5M. SEE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNPSIS/SOLICITATION INCLUDING ALL ATTACHMENTS. A site visit will be held Thursday 27 Aug, 2015 @ 12:30 PM HST. If your company plans on attending the site visit, a base pass will be required. To obtain a base pass, please email or call the contract specialist, Cody Schwart at cody.schwart@us.af.mil or 808-448-2969 by NO LATER THAN 26 Aug 15, 12:00 PM HST. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing by 2 Sep, 2015 4:00pm HST.
