- Attachment A Drawings Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W912D1-15-T-0070 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army is soliciting for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, soft-ware,materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to repair and re-commission existing wet pipe pre-action water based sprinkler fire suppression systems. The intent of this project is to accomplish basic repair of and re-commission the existing water based sprinkler fire suppression systems for Building 229 on Camp Arifjan by replacing any corroded, un-needed or non-operational components of the existing wet pipe or pre-action water based sprinkler fire suppression systems and then testing and placing back into operation. The contractors shall repair existing wet pipe pre-action water based sprinkler fire suppression systems in Room 106 Building 229 Earth Terminal Complex. The contractor shall replace all defective parts, and Clean Agent. The contractor shall also perform inspection and system tests.
