Description

Gateway Manger Software Subscription, three years Part number: 205-SWS X 2(each) NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 633rd Contracting Office, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA 23665, hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Corportation West Falls Church, Virginia under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Market research has revealed that the hardware, software and support from Northrop Grumman Corportation are available from no other source. Other vendor products from L3/Engility, Ultra Electronics, Tactical Communications Group, SPAWAR, and the ARMY SED were unable to meet all the requirements currently fulfilled by the Northrop Grumman Gateway Manager system. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
