Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The COARNG is looking to purchase housekeeping services for the RTI Facility (Regional Training Institute) Facility. Please see SOW below for additional details including dates and specific cleaning requirements. Partial quotes will not be accepted. An award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable. Interested vendors must be able to meet the cleaning requirements on the dates specified to be considered for award. Quotes shall reference Solicitation #W912LC-15-T-0156 This is a total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720. This solicitation will end on September 3, 2015 1400 EST. 1.Purpose Cleaning Contract for the 168th RTI in support of the upcoming October TAG Conference. Cleaning is required for before, during and after the conference.
