- Hangar Security system procurement and installation The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis the above mentioned item. The equipment to be provided is sole sourced to Digital Monitoring Products brand Intrusion Detection Systems. Statement of work is provided as part of the solicitation. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-15-T-0272. If you provide a quote via any other method, provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Potential Vendor requests for site visits must be submitted by 8/25/15 to Jeff. Estimated date for site visit will be 9/8/15 - 9/9/15 at a time TBD. If no site visits are requested then the timeline may be moved up for the date of quote submission. Quotes could be due on 9-10 or sooner. Q&A's received will be due by 9/10/15. Q&A's will be posted on 9/14/15. Quotes will be due no later than 9/18/15. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below or mailed to the Contracting Office Address listed below no later than the closing date of the solicitation. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
